Design allows usage flexibility - premises can be used as "open space" or as smaller separate offices.
Roof terraces on the 5th and 6th floor will offer visitors relaxation above city below. They are designed as intertwining of low extensive landscaping, green islands, and paths, that are extended into paved terraces.
