Open construction sites

Within the construction management services we support our investors with managing of construction services of various buildings through the entire construction process for Manufacturing and Services, Warehousing and Logistics, Retail, Health-care and Public Sector.

Our services include construction site management, preparation of the bill of quantities, tender action and offers analysis, professional and financial supervision, acquisition of the usage permit, cooperation in completion of eventual deficiencies and the handing over of the newly constructed building.
