The location of new centre is planned between France Prešeren High School and Helena Puhar Elementary School.

It's intended for professional and recreational athletes, as well as schools nearby. In addition to climbing walls for all three disciplines in sports climbing, the complex will also include training areas for basketball, volleyball, handball, and indoor football. Planned are two smaller halls with tatami for martial arts and fitness.

The centre will be able to host national and internationally team and league matches. The centre will also include sports associations and societies offices, a café and sports and culture museum-educational part.
