Office-retail center in NGEN Žirovnica

The new Office-retail center in Žirovnica will provide approximately 5,000 m² floor area for business, retail, service and catering activities.

For NGEN, a company that provides advanced energy solutions in the field of electricity consumption and storage, we have designed a facility that follows their ambitious vision.

The technologically advanced facade made of curved glass and fiber-cement panels is designed to be energy efficient. It provides bright and open working spaces with a view of the nearby peaks.

Since the building is located below the level of the Radovljica - Jesenice road, special attention has been paid to the design and use of the roof. Green part of the roof provides a resting area for NGEN center employees, while the other part is dedicated to solar panels that will generate sustainable energy for the building and electric vehicle charging stations.

The aim of the building is to become a local and regional technology hub.
