Residential complex Kranjska iskrica, Kranj

The Kranjska iskrica residential complex will be located in the southern part of Kranj, north of the city bypass, close to the Delavski most. It will be divided into three areas, the construction of which is planned in two phases.

7 residential buildings with a total of 269 apartments will be built in the first phase. Two of them will be dedicated to assisted living facilities. All the apartments are bright and modern in design. Each will have a loggia or atrium. The apartments range in size from 31m² to 114m². An underground garage is provided for residents' parking. A grocery store and two cafés are also planned within the neighbourhood. Parking for visitors and the shop will be on the ground floor under the building.

There will be green park areas and a children's playground between the blocks.
