Residential complex Nova Dolinska, Koper

The residential neighborhood "Nova Dolinska" consists of multi-apartment buildings intended for public rental apartments. With their terraced urban design, they complement settlement on the southern edge of Koper city. Investors of this project are Housing Fund of Republic of Slovenia and Public Housing Fund of the Municipality of Koper.

Three building consist of 166 apartments of different sizes. The functional design and orientation of the flats allows for a high degree of light and optimum views of the surrounding area.

The neighbourhood includes solutions for young families, and are friendly for people with different functional disabilities. All accommodation units are provided with separate living and sleeping areas and spacious lodges. External arrangement includes green and paved areas.

All traffic flows are designed around the neighbourhood, parking spaces for residents are fully provided in underground garages.
