WestLink campus Ljubljana is located in a visually and traffic-exposed location: along the Ljubljana northern highway ring. The stage 1 development includes three basement floors with 600 parking places, a high ground floor, partial mezzanine and 2 upper floors, amounting to more than 31,500 m2 of gross floor area.
Three-layer glazing facade with a low thermal transmittance factor and efficient energy systems will classify the building in B1 or higher energy class.
The building will have an extensive green roof with intermediate recreational areas and a running track - all at a height of more than 15m, offering views on Ljubljana, surrounding hills and Kamniško-Savinjske Alps.
The plans for the stage 2 development include more than 40,000 m2 of GBA, the conceptual design includes 4 basement floors and 22 floors above the ground.
