In cooperation with Housing Fund of Republic of Slovenia, we designed Gerbičeva Youth Community. Community with 109 rental housing units for young people from 18 to 29 is intended for their independence.
Community consists of two connected facilities, which enable the accommodation of 171 young people. The living units are functionally equipped with a minimal kitchen, bathroom, basic wardrobes, beds, tables and chairs.
Internal part of community consists of intergenerational centre, mutual all-purpose place, and kitchen with dining and living room.
The green flat roof is planted with extensive flora.
Within the neighbourhood, there are 40 parking spaces for cars, 2 spaces for motor vehicles, 78 for bicycles and 5 parking spaces for car sharing with electric chargers.
