Architects and engineers at PROTIM Ržišnik Perc are successfully continuing designing construction projects for our clients in BIM model, which enables transparent project management and cost optimization from the very first idea to the final operation and further throughout the building’s life cycle. BIM also enables a significantly faster construction.

We completed the year 2017 with several successfully implemented projects in the field of industry, spatial planning and infrastructure design, business-residential construction and retail.

We prepared the project documentation for the new manufacturing and warehouse complex NOVA LAMA in Dekani. The new complex will significantly increase the production capacity and will also include a high-bay warehouse with a total capacity of 5,300 pallet bays.

In the Komenda business park the modern RAYCAP R&D and production complex is being built, which will include a partially automated production and a high-tech laboratory for product development. For this project we prepared the project documentation and support the investor with project and construction management services.

The construction of the new TKK warehouse complex in Srpenica with a high-bay warehouse, which will cover approximately 10,000 pallet bays, is nearing completion. For this construction project we prepared the project documentation and provide the investor with construction management services.

In Škofja Loka the construction of the new MESSER air separation unit is being completed. For this project we prepared the municipal detailed spatial plan, the project documentation, carried out tenders for contractor’s selection and participated in obtaining the building and environmental permit. Beside that we support the investor with designer supervision services.

For the L8 Airport Business Park in the immediate proximity to the Ljubljana International Airport we prepared the spatial documentation for the implementation of amendments to the current municipal detailed spatial plan. We have also designed the communal and transport infrastructure for the area, including tender action and the submission of works, as well as cooperation in obtaining the building permit.

For the investor SES Spar European Shopping Centers we have designed the communal and traffic infrastructure for a new shopping-center in Ljubljana, prepared the tender documentation and carried out the tender action with the contractor selection. Beside that we supervise and coordinate the infrastructure construction works.

We prepared the complete project documentation for the new administrative building of the pharmaceutical company KRKA in Ljubljana. The modern building with a functional architectural design and an underground garage will provide space for approximately 230 employees on a total gross surface of over 13,000 square meters.

Currently two units for SHELTERED HOUSING are being built in Bled, which will comprise a total of 86 apartments. We prepared the project documentation for the project, obtained the building permit and support the investor with designer supervision services.

In the Žirovnica business park the construction of the second stage of the SAXONIA-FRANKE manufacturing-warehouse-administrative complex was completed. For this project we prepared the project documentation and took over the project and construction management services. These include consulting, geodetic services, financial supervision and support to the investor.

The construction of the VOLVO TRUCKS Sales and Service Center was completed in Ljubljana. We prepared all the necessary project documentation for the investor and participated in the acquisition of all administrative permits. In addition, we the managed construction supervision, which was successfully completed within seven months.

We also participated in the expansion of the QLANDIA shopping center in Kranj, whereby we supported the investor with the construction management services, which include expert construction supervision and consulting services. In this way, we contributed to the successful completion of the construction project.
